A couple of posts ago I commented on the phenomenon of burning trash that is as much a national pastime as watching soccer matches and eating baleadas eight times a day. This photo is the best example I found of a lesser known phenomenon-the presence of unique waste bins (this one was on a dock in the beach resort of Omoa, on the north coast).
